Domain Termination Scam
If you have received an email saying that the domain for your website will be terminated within 24 hours due to non-payment, this is an outright scam. These scammers attempt to make it sound urgent and as if your domain is past due on payment. It typically comes in through the contact form on your site. Do not click on anything in the email.

Another scam email making the rounds presents as a person informing you that their copyrighted image is in use on your website and they are going to sue if you don’t remove it. This one also has been known to come in through the contact form on your site.
